So, I was in Prague Old Town Hall yesterday for class. Walking around, I seen these people carrying posters of the NY Rangers and Tampa Bay and hockey sticks and jerseys. Imagine my suprise today, when I open up NHL.com and see this article: http://www.nhl.com/nhl/app/?service=page&page=NewsPage&articleid=356485
The funnier thing? I just about wore my Huskies jersey, but ran out of time and couldn't find it before class.

Speaking of Hockey..... Did you hear Midland High became Div 2 state runner up in hockey this year? :)
Jeff... one more hockey item. Overtime....... Division 1, Marquette vs. Orchard Lake St. Marys went through 8 overtimes before the MHSAA called them co-champs at about 11:30 pm. They set a record for the longest game in Michigan.
Oh wow, I'm suprised that didn't set a record for longest game. Does high school play 20 min periods?
And why wasn't Midland DII Champs :)
I believe it was a record! check out the Midland paper website they have story on it! BTW, Midland tried to become the DII champs.... just couldn't pull it off! Amazing they made it that far! 2nd in Football this year and now Hockey.... lots of pressure for baseball! LOL!
What about basketball? Did they blow it?
Your post was about hockey not basketball!! However, Midland was up with 1.3 seconds left and ended up losing to Mt. Ples. I believe. Ended up with a 10-10 record.
I like all the photos and video clips. This is good way to record your trip.
